Forest City opening offer: 10% off Wang Lei’s own tattoo sessions at the Tattlabs Gallery main studio in Johor Bahru (resident artists not included), combinable with the Singapore car-fare credit; SMP excluded. Wang Lei’s standard rate is RM9,000 per day; the promotional rate is RM8,100 per day, still including design and one free touch-up. After a tattoo appointment is confirmed with a deposit, return-trip cross-border car fare from Singapore can be credited towards the tattoo fee, up to S$200; consultation-only visits and SMP are not eligible.
