森林城市 Regalia Park 的王雷大师店从未正式开业，目前仍在筹备，不计入 13 家在营工作室。森林城市提供预约面谈、看稿定稿及收取定金，没有固定接待时段；请先确认时间与地点。纹身施作安排在新山 Tattlabs Gallery 总店。森林城市大师店筹备期间，到新山 Tattlabs Gallery 总店施作的纹身项目享原价九折。王雷纹身标准价 RM9,000／天，活动价 RM8,100／天，仍包含设计费及一次免费补色；驻店纹身师按各自原报价九折，预约时确认活动报价。九折可与现有新加坡往返跨境车费抵扣叠加：仍须确认纹身预约并支付定金，按实际车费抵扣、上限 S$200；仅咨询或看稿不适用。SMP 纹发不参加九折，也不适用车费抵扣，仍为 RM600／小时。最终报价与抵扣安排请在预约时确认。

Consultations, design reviews and deposit arrangements in Forest City are by appointment, with no fixed reception hours. Confirm the time and location before travelling. While the Forest City studio is in preparation, tattoo sessions at the Tattlabs Gallery main studio in Bandar Jaya Putra, Johor Bahru are 10% off the original quoted rate. Wang Lei’s standard tattoo rate is RM9,000 per day; the promotional rate is RM8,100 per day, still including design and one free touch-up. Resident artists apply 10% off their own tattoo quotes; confirm the promotional quote when booking. The discount can be combined with the existing Singapore return-trip cross-border car-fare credit: a confirmed tattoo appointment and deposit are still required, actual car fare is credited up to S$200, and consultation-only or design-review-only visits are not eligible. SMP is excluded from both the discount and travel-fare credit and remains RM600 per hour. Confirm the final quote and credit arrangements when booking.

Wang Lei’s personal tattoo rate is RM9,000 per day (standard; RM8,100 per day during Forest City studio preparation, 10% off), including the design fee and one free touch-up. A deposit is required to book. RM means Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Discuss the size, placement, design direction and estimated session plan when booking; a daily rate does not mean every tattoo can be completed in one day.

How does the cross-border car-fare credit work?
确认纹身预约并支付定金后，新加坡往返跨境车费可抵扣纹身款，上限 S$200。S$ 指新加坡元，和纹身报价使用的 MYR 是不同币种。安排行程前，请在预约对话中确认这次车费的具体抵扣安排。
After a tattoo appointment is confirmed with a deposit, return-trip cross-border car fare from Singapore can be credited towards the tattoo fee, up to S$200. S$ means Singapore dollars, while the tattoo rate is quoted in MYR. Confirm the arrangements for your trip’s fare credit in your booking conversation before travelling.
仅咨询或看稿不适用；纹发／头皮微色素（SMP）也不适用。这项政策是符合条件的车费抵扣纹身款，S$200 是抵扣上限。
Consultation-only visits, visits just to view a design, and scalp micropigmentation (SMP) are not eligible. The policy credits eligible car fare towards the tattoo fee; S$200 is the maximum credit.
